DELIVERY + PICKUP DATES

We are two people who make and hand-deliver ourselves. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time, so please reach out to us first before ordering to confirm we are able to deliver at your chosen date/time if necessary. If you make a request to have your order delivered on a specific date/time in your checkout notes, we will try our best, but cannot guarantee it.  

ONE-OF-A-KIND + HANDMADE

All products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. They will differ from the photos shown on our website. We use sustainably sourced materials which means our products differ depending on what is available, so please keep this in mind when ordering. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with photos as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied. 

FLOWERS + PLANTS

Flowers, plants, and other botanicals can not be returned as they are perishable goods. However, if the flowers or plants have been damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately with photos (within 48 hours) so we can replace them as soon as possible.

As we handle local and seasonal flowers only, we cannot guarantee specific flower or colour palette requests. 

Flowers and plants are extremely sensitive to cold weather during the winter months. Due to this, we are unable to leave botanical orders outdoors when the temperature is below zero degrees Celcius. As we try to limit our waste as much as possible, we do not prepare plants and flowers for long periods in the cold. If you are picking up or traveling with your order, please let us know to wrap it for the cold weather, however, there is no guarantee that any plants or flowers will withstand extreme cold weather. Please let us know of any problems as soon as possible so that we can do our best to fix the situation.

We are not responsible for the health of plants once they have been delivered, as we can no longer control their environment. If there is something wrong with the plant upon delivery please let us know with photos.

Please note that the average lifespan of an arrangement will differ depending on the time of year, the type of flowers, and how they are stored in your home. It best to display your flowers away from direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold sources, and ripening fruit.  

CANCELLED ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us. If we have not yet made your order we can offer a full refund. 


NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS

We do not offer refunds on gift cards or subscription purchases. These do not expire and are transferrable, just email us to transfer or active your gift card/subscription.
